Holiday rental in the seaside village of Marseillan

Character home in the heart of Marseillan, a lively village located on the Mediterranean coast. With beautiful beaches and a port that's home to a thriving seafood industry, the village is one of the oldest in France and is surrounded by established vineyards and the long and rich history of the Languedoc.

11 Rue Gay Lussac

11 Rue Gay Lussac is a character 3-bedroom house that is available for weekly or monthly rental. Comfortably catering for 2-6 people, the house is nestled in the cobbled streets of the Marseillan Centre Ville, only metres from the town square and local port.

One of the original homes tightly packed within the village ramparts, the house is around 300 years old. It has been restored and somewhat modernised, but remains very authentic, with winding staircases and exposed beams and stonework in some areas. Contemporary bathrooms and kitchen have been installed and the house is fully furnished and self contained, ideal for holiday accommodation and the perfect way to experience French village life.

It includes two double bedrooms each with an ensuite, an additional twin/double bedroom, spacious lounge, modern kitchen and laundry appliances and a third ground floor bathroom. All linen and bedding is provided, plus bikes, beach gear and extensive storage space. A private outdoor courtyard is the perfect area to enjoy alfresco living and summer barbeques.
